The location is great just in centre of stalis! You have everything near beach, restaurants, shops. But still it is not noisy. The Rooms are basic like everywhere in crete but really clean with everything you need with an extra charge of 7 euros for the aircondition! It is reasonable as we only paid 38 euros for 2 nights! Really worthed! Downstairs there is a bar with hammocks where you can relax in the evening! The owner works there and he is really nice! Cocktails are really good and he even gave free ice cream to my daughter! Overall i would go back to irini as it is really cheap with good service and nice friendy people.

The apartment is located near to the restaurants, super market and the beach. 20 minutes walk to the party capital Malia and 10 minutes walk to Stalis city centre. Nice cocktail bar and the staff are nice. Nice swimming pool and good music :) Staff speak good English and very helpful.

The staff was friendly, gentle, really welcoming; it was a pleasure to spend our time with their, a balance between interesting conversations and fun. The apartment was comfortable and relaxed, well connected with the other cities and points of interest of the island. It's the best place/accomodation for families, also with children, as for a romatic or wild couple holidays

Great hotel for a budget money, pool was great facilities what you need,see shore is 200 meters . Location is the best .stalis is the greatest neiborhood. Nice staff was ready to help. Closeness of all makes your staying at Irini Studios very comfort. We spent our time with pleasure.

The staff is great and very welcoming. The price is reasonable for season and location.

7 euro additional charge for air conditioning. There is no TV, no wi-fi, no fridge, no private parking, no soap and shampoo and etc... It's more like guest-house rather than apartments. Some rooms are very small we exchanged our initial room for other suitable for 4 people so it was OK. The shower placed in same small room with toilet and it is uncomfortable. The location is good for Stalis but there is cocktail pub in same place so sometimes is too loud in evening.

Only needed a cheap room for one night, and for €26 can't complain. Staff at the bar were great and very close to the main strip at Malia for clubbing :) But far enough away to not have noise all night. Perfect for a budget stay for a night.

Very nice small and cozy hotel, big deep pool, staff friendly, and cheap price, near to the beach, supermarket and restaurants close by. Malia nightlife nearby.

Even its an apartment hotel, we missed small snacks and food. Also we knew that there was no air condition, hopefully next year:)

A lot of misinformation on Booked.net site (the owner admitted that it is the websites fault and not his). No microwave, no tv, no fan (unless you pay for it). As well, there was absolutely no utensils or cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Beds fairly uncomfortable (feel springs in your back). Piles of garbage outside the door not picked up by staff for a number of days. Rooms are above a bar.
